Download these articles, and future ones in this series, which put forth some representative statistics culled from various in-hospital Interpreter Services organizations using ServiceHub.  The data come from about a dozen individual hospitals (both public and private) from various areas in the country.  Requests were for various languages, though they were predominantly Spanish.  The analysis in these articles is based on about 127,000 requests for interpreter services during the calendar year 2012.  How does your organization compare?
