I've successfully logged into ServiceHub Office, but none of the menu choices will open. How can I fix this problem?

Internet Explorer needs to be configured to enable Scriplets.  Follow the steps in this article to fix the problem.

There is no audible notification for any ServiceHub notifications or messages in the Responder app. What can I do to fix this?

Try these things:

  • Make sure the sound is turned up on the iPad
  • Make sure the correct user is logged in on the iPad
  • Make sure the API Key from Prowl is the one listed in the user’s iPad profile
  • Check the iPad firewall settings to ensure they are not set to only allow access to specific websites outbound. 
How can I create a Banner in R2?

From the Office Portal in ServiceHub:

  1. Click Manage from the menu bar
  2. Click R2 Notices from the drop-down menu
  3. Click the New Entry icon located to the left of the Display Order column
  4. Enter lsr-tr in the Log In Pattern field
  5. Enter Patient Transport in the Request Type Pattern field
  6. Enter mon-fri in the Date Pattern field
  7. Enter the desired text in the Notice Text field
  8. Check the Is Active? field
  9. Click Save
How do I select fields to include in a report?
  • After the initial set up of a report is finished, click the red Menu label on the left upper-side of the frame.
  • Click Select fields from the menu choices that appear. The screen now displays a list of all the
    fields that are included in this type of
    report.
  • Scroll through the list of fields. Click the field you would like to include.
  • Click the >> button to add the field to the section on the right.  This is a list of all the fields that will be included in the report.
  • Repeat steps 1-4 until all fields have been selected.
  • Make any changes needed to the list by moving them up or down in the list or by adding or removing fields.
  • Click Save.
