Using ServiceHub, University of North Carolina has been able to improve the response times of key hospital service workers.
The University of North Carolina Hospital System has been using ServiceHub for more than five (5) years. We have worked together to fine-tune its functionality and test various configurations of hardware and software. We have begun to offer the service to other hospitals and are supporting several pilot projects.
